Project Description
This was a highly coordinated and sensitive construction project delivered within a live school environment. The objective: to construct a brand-new sixth form block and complete essential groundwork for a future gymnasium.
Sixth Form Block Construction:
Working safely and efficiently around the day-to-day operations of an active school, we constructed a new sixth form building using a durable steel frame combined with traditional blockwork. The design supports both modern educational needs and long-term structural resilience.
Our scope also included the installation of new drainage systems, along with all associated access routes and slabbing works to ensure safe, functional movement around the new facility.
Gymnasium Groundworks:
In parallel, we undertook and completed the groundworks for a new gymnasium. This included excavation, foundation preparation, and service integration, laying the groundwork for a future phase of sports and fitness facilities.
Our team maintained stringent safety protocols and scheduling precision to minimize disruption while delivering high-quality results—on time and in alignment with the school’s academic calendar.
