Design and Build Execution:

Positioned within a private, landscaped setting, the development features:

  • A crisp, white-rendered home with anthracite cladding and flat roofing, constructed using a steel frame system, reflecting a bold, urban-inspired finish.

  • A mid-plot property combining traditional brickwork with floor-to-ceiling glazing and contemporary detailing, offering warmth, solidity, and a timeless appeal.

  • A third residence showcasing a hybrid design, blending brickwork at ground level with upper-level timber cladding, delivering a softer, natural tone that harmonizes with the surrounding greenery.

All three homes are valued at £1.8 million each and have been delivered to a high specification, featuring open-plan living spaces, large-format glazing, and precision landscaping.

Material-Led Design Philosophy:
